Our Senior Leadership Team
Christopher Alexander is a public health and mental health policy specialist with a Master of Public Health (Leadership), Master of Business Administration (Ethical Governance and Strategic Risk), and postgraduate training in research, risk management, and health and social care leadership. He is also an accredited consultant under the Care Consultant Accreditation Framework in complex care, mental health and Policy.
His work sits at the intersection of mental health policy, governance, and system design, combining frontline operational experience with strategic leadership across NHS, local authority, and voluntary sector environments. Christopher specialises in supporting organisations to strengthen regulatory and legal compliance, improve governance frameworks, and deliver safer, more effective services for individuals with complex needs.
In his role as Director of Regulation & Policy, Christopher leads the development and oversight of organisational governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, and Care Quality Commission standards. He provides strategic oversight of risk, safeguarding, and policy, ensuring that legal and regulatory principles are embedded into day-to-day practice across services.
He is responsible for the design and implementation of organisational policies, regulatory training frameworks, and systems of assurance, supporting services to operate safely within complex and high-risk environments. Christopher works closely with service-level leads to provide guidance, challenge, and escalation on matters relating to use of force, risk, safeguarding, and compliance, ensuring consistency and robustness in decision-making.
He has contributed to national and local reviews and has advised organisations on ethical decision-making, risk management, and service transformation within high-risk and complex care settings. His expertise spans safeguarding, Mental Health Act governance, crisis care pathways, and organisational risk.

Raymond Osheku is Director of Business Strategy & Performance at Beaumont Ridge Care Group, where he leads on strategic planning, organisational performance, financial management, business development and operational control. His role focuses on building the systems, structures and commercial discipline required to support BRCG’s growth as a specialist, governance-led care organisation.
Raymond holds a BSc in Accounting and has undertaken postgraduate study in Public Policy at the University of Essex. He has also completed leadership and management studies at Lagos Business School, alongside business analysis certification through BCS, supporting his work in process improvement, performance monitoring, stakeholder engagement and evidence-based decision-making.
His professional background spans policy research, impact investment, international education technology, corporate finance and health and social care. This cross-sector experience gives him a strong understanding of how strategy, finance, governance, systems and measurable impact must work together to support sustainable organisational growth.
At BRCG, Raymond supports the development of business systems that connect strategy, regulation, finance, workforce planning, service quality and outcomes. His work contributes to BRCG’s ambition to become a financially sustainable and high-performing specialist care organisation, recognised for structured delivery, responsible growth and high-quality support for people with complex needs.
I am an experienced people and operations professional with over 10 years of experience across the retail industry, specialising in operational leadership, people management, and employee development. Throughout my career, I have held a variety of operational and leadership roles, developing expertise in leading teams, driving business performance, and creating positive workplace cultures.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and am currently completing the Advanced Level 7 CIPD qualification in Strategic People Management, with a particular focus on Employment Law. Building on this foundation, I am looking to further develop my expertise by undertaking an LLM in Employment Law, enabling me to provide strategic and legally informed people solutions.
Alongside my retail career, I have undertaken freelance work across the healthcare and consultancy sectors, supporting organisations with people-focused initiatives, operational improvements, and business development. I am passionate about helping organisations navigate complex people challenges while fostering environments where both individuals and businesses can thrive.
This combination of practical leadership experience, academic achievement, and a growing specialism in employment law allows me to bring a balanced and informed perspective to people management and organisational development.
Christopher Crow is an experienced health and social care leader with over a decade of experience supporting both adults and children across a range of complex care, mental health, and community-based services.
Beginning his career as a frontline support worker, Christopher has progressed through a variety of operational and leadership roles, developing extensive experience in service delivery, workforce leadership, safeguarding, risk management, and person-centred care. His career has provided him with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by both those receiving support and the teams responsible for delivering it.
As a Registered Manager for our complex mental healthcare services, Christopher is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of services, ensuring that care is delivered safely, effectively, and in accordance with regulatory and organisational standards. He is committed to creating environments where individuals are supported to achieve meaningful outcomes, maintain their independence, and live fulfilling lives within the least restrictive settings possible.
Christopher believes that outstanding care is built upon strong, cohesive teams. He is passionate about fostering a culture of equality, respect, accountability, and collaboration, recognising that when staff feel valued, supported, and empowered, they are better able to deliver exceptional care and support.
