Urgent Duty Service
Beaumont Ridge Care Group provides a 24-hour Urgent Duty Service for commissioned services where ongoing advisory input, risk escalation, or operational support is required.
This service supports organisations operating in high-risk or complex care environments, ensuring that critical issues are escalated and managed in a timely and structured way. It is designed to maintain continuity of care, support risk management, and enable decision-making outside of standard working hours.
This is not an emergency or crisis response service. If an individual is at immediate risk of harm or requires urgent medical attention, you must contact 999.
The Duty Service is intended for urgent, non-emergency matters relating to existing care packages. Response times may vary, and the service should not be relied upon in place of emergency or statutory services.
Please note that 24/7 duty support is only available to organisations with an active service agreement or commissioned package.
