The Gap Between Policy and Practice in Complex Social Care

We have undertaken a structured analysis of complex social care systems, resulting in the development of a comprehensive policy paper that examines the gap between regulation, governance and frontline delivery.

This work has informed the creation of our Social Care Programme Approach and decentralised governance model, both designed to strengthen oversight, improve consistency, and support better outcomes within complex care environments.
